The extended lanai is screened in, the backyard is enclosed. Lake Miona is within walking distance. The Fish Hawk Recreation Center and five championship/executive golf courses and nearby.

Living room seats four with recliners in the couch, 40 flat screen TV
Lanai seats five.
Dining room seats six plus four counter stools.
Kitchen is fully equipped, including toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans/cookware
Master bedroom suite has a queen sized bed, walk in closet.
Guest bedroom suite has a queen sized bed, 18 flat screen TV
The third bedroom is furnished with a large desk and book shelf.
Laundry room with washer and dryer is off of the kitchen.


Rental Policy:
Monthly rental rates include utilities, cable TV, internet, local/long distance phone, daily local newspaper,
Temporary Resident IDs, which provide access to amenities (including golf on executive courses.)
Rates are based on one or two people.
Final cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit of $500.
Security deposit and 25% rental reservation due within 7 days of rental agreement. Remaining rental balance due 60 days in advance of occupancy.

No smoking.
No pets.

Check in: 4pm on scheduled day of arrival
Check out: 11am on scheduled day of departure
Keys and gate passes available upon arrival and must be returned on last day. There will be a $15 charge for each lost gate pass or lost key.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
