Booking deposit: Due at time of booking balance of agreement do 90 days prior to start of lease. Security deposit:$1000. will be return after the property is inspected for damages if any will be charged against your security deposit. Balance of security will be mailed to you within 5 days.
Pet fee $100.

Rent based upon double occupancy.

Cancellation policy: If property is able to be rented out for the same money, then 100% of rent/ security deposit will be returned. Shortfalls will be deducted and balance will be returned.
