Master bath has walk-in shower, double sink, private toilet area and 2 walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. For the privacy of your guests, 2 bedrooms and bath can be isolated by closing the pocket door. Living room has a large flat screen TV and the kitchen has a small flat screen TV which can be viewed from the kitchen island. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils for your eat in pleasure.
The Florida room is decorated with a beautiful glass table and 4 comfortable chairs. The fully screened in Lanai also has a glass table and 4 chairs for outside dining. Home is furnished with linens and towels and a washer and dryer are included. Includes Yamaha gas golf cart with roadside assistance and golf cart insurance.
Your monthly rental rate includes all of the following: a 9% Florida lodging tax, water/sewer, gas, electric, trash, pest control, lawn service, HD TV, high speed wireless Comcast internet service, local and long distance telephone service. A gas golf cart is included.
