Rental Policy

$750 deposit/security due within 7 days of booking. A rental contract will be sent to be signed and returned with security deposit.

$200 cleaning fee (deducted from deposit)

Remaining deposit refunded within 30 days after inspection (often sooner)

Full rental payment due 60 days prior to arrival

No pets, no smoking
