Price is for 2 adults ($100 additional weekly charge per guests staying longer than 5 days).

All taxes, utilities, internet, trash, lawn maintenance are included. Prices subject to change without notice.

Rental Policy:
$2000 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Monthly rental: 50% of the total rental fee is due at signing for monthly rentals. 50% due 60 days before occupancy date.
Semi-Annual/Annual rental: 1 month in advance due at signing. Rent is due at the 1st of each month.
With any cancellation, monies paid will be fully refunded, less $150 administrative fee, providing that the property can be rented for the same period of time at the same price.
$150 Cleaning Fee - will be deducted from the security deposit. Remaining deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure, providing there is no excessive wear or damage.

Check in time 3:00 P.M. on the first day of the month. Check out time is 11:00 A.M on the 30th of the month (except February - which is on the 28th).
