Rental rates are based on up to four occupants. Additional occupants will cost $100/month per person. Home accommodates up to 6 occupants.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.
Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM.

Rental Policy:
Booking Deposit is 50% of monthly rental due within 7 days of booking. For booking of multiple months, the Booking Deposit is 50% of each months rental rate. For weekly rentals, booking deposit is 50% of total rental cost. Booking deposits are only refundable if booking is canceled, 45 days or more prior to stay.

$1,000 Refundable Security due 45 days prior to stay.
$125 Cleaning Fee per month, deducted from security deposit. $200 Cleaning Fee for December Rentals
$50 Villages Temporary Resident ID fees included.

Cancellation Policy:
If renter cancels their reservation, we will try to re-book the rental period. If we cannot re-book the rental period due to short notice of cancellation or we must accept a lower rate for the rental period, we will need to keep the rental costs or portions there of. We recommend our renters purchase trip insurance so that if you must cancel your vacation, you will be reimbursed any rental fees that we must keep as a result of not being able to re-rent the home on short notice or for accepting a lower rate for the rental period. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
