Property Details

This courtyard villa has everything you need to make it your home away from home. $150 cleaning fee is deducted from the security deposit. The balance of the security fee less any charges for loss/damage will be returned to the renter within 30 days of departure. All rates are for two people. For monthly renters, if you have guests beyond 7 days, you will be charged $50/guest/week for anything over the 7 days. If your guests stay the entire month, they will be charged $200 per person. Limit of 4 total people. Included: Gas golf cart, Electric, gas, water, TV with HD channels, Internet, curbside trash, pest control, landscaping, grill, bicycles and the Daily Sun.

We provide the initial supply of household consumables, i.e. dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, liquid hand soap, coffee filters, paper towels, soap for each bathroom and garbage bags, but no food. Bikes, helmets included. MENS AND LADIES GOLF CLUBS INCLUDED. Gas golf cart included. Bedrooms are carpeted. The rest of the house is tiled. This is for 2 people. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Beautiful lanai, birdcage and gas grill is included.
