Popp's villa is located between Market (Sumter Landing) and Paddock (Brownwood) squares. The villa is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Come and see why they say "It's a beautiful day in Villages". The villages are growing like crazy and we are right in the middle of all the good stuff and new golf courses! Also, our neighbors are awesome! We are currently booked now through April 2025. The villa is available for short or long term rentals. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and a master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a flat screen tv and cable. WiFi internet is also available. The living room features a large flat screen, dvd player, and cable and Netflix. Washer/Dryer is located inside the unit. Located close to the Manatee and Bradenton Recreation Centers. Please consider Popp's Villa when looking for your vacation or long term rental. We would love to have you while you are experiencing all that the Villages has to offer. Everyone that has stayed at our villa has been very pleased with our place and found it to be very comfortable, clean, and like a home away from home. Linens, towels, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer are all at the house. Bring your suitcase, clubs, and toothbrush and come ready to live the lifestyle. (Personal toiletries are not included)If renting for multiple months a flat rate per month may be applied depending on the months requested. Yearly and long term rentals are subject to reference and credit checks. No taxes on rentals of 6 mos and longer. Temporary id passes included in yearly and seasonal rental prices. A $500 security deposit is required at lease signing for weekly rentals, for rentals of a month or longer the security deposit is $1000 and is due at least signing. All rent is due 45 days prior to occupancy. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. dogs only, no cats. A reservation deposit of 50% of the total rent is due at booking, the balance is due 45 days before arrival. If it is within 45 days of arrival at time of booking the total amount is due at rental agreement signing. A $140.00 cleaning fee will be charged for up to 2 people, $25 for each additional person. Long term rental cleaning fee is $200. We offer multiple month discounts, please call for more information. Golf cart is included. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
