Included during your stay is a Yamaha Gas Golf Cart with Roadside Assistance in place!!

***The linen closet has an ample supply of linens & towels on hand.***
***There is a Vacuum, broom, mop, iron, ironing board and a starter supply of cleaning products for your use***

***Living Room has a 50" flat screen HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player and Power Leather Recliner***
***Master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with comfort mattress, huge walk-in closet, En-suite bathroom and a 40" HDTV***
***Spare bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with comfort mattress, large closet and Ceiling fan***
***There is a Full 2nd bath with a tub just steps from the Guest room door***
***There are ceiling fans in all rooms (except the baths), including the Lanai and Kitchen areas***
***Sliding glass doors lead out to a side patio that features a Gas grill for your use***

****Terms of Rental****A $500/mo. deposit fee and a signed copy of the rental agreement must be received by the owner within 7 days of receipt of the e-mailed rental agreement in order to secure a reservation. This deposit is not refundable due to cancellation if the owner does not receive notice a minimum of 45 days prior to the arrival date AND the owner must be able to secure a replacement reservation for the same time period and the same rate!!

A $50 fee for Amenities passes which allow our guests to enjoy all of The Villages activities is not required, but is necessary in order to experience all that The Villages has to offer. It is included for rentals of 3mos. or greater, not for rentals of a lesser duration. This fee is paid directly to The Villages and is not refundable.

Security deposit of $500 for rentals of 1 month or less and $750 for 2 months or greater is required. The Security deposit is refunded in full within 15 days of departure after a full inspection of the premises is completed successfully (no damage is present and all inventory is accounted for) by the owner or owners representative.

A Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 is required for all rentals and may not be paid with security deposit funds. The home is professionally cleaned between guests insuring a clean home for all to enjoy.

Our home is a NON-Smoking, Pet-FREE home.

There is No US Mail service available. For guests wanting their Home mail forwarded, you must obtain a PO box. They are readily available at several locations in The Villages and surrounding community. Inquire with owner for info.

Check in is after 3pm on the agreed upon date of arrival and checkout is not later than 10am on the agreed upon date of departure. There will be NO refunds given for unused accommodations due to late arrivals or early departures.

ALL Taxes, utilities, lawn service, trash, cable TV, Hi-speed Internet & local/long distance phone service are included in short term (less than 6mos) rentals.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs +. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided
