Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For two couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent.

Rental Policy:
50% of total rent (non-refundable unless able to find replacement) amount due within 7 days of booking. $1200.00 security deposit (damage/loss) and remaining rental amount due 60 days before occupancy.
$200.00 cleaning fee may be deducted from security deposit.
$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility, may be deducted from security deposit upon request.
