An electric Golf Cart -equipped for nite time driving will take you to the store, out for a game of golf or a leisurely ride in our beautiful Village of Woodbury and surrounding areas. All-inclusive rate includes golf cart and Daily newspaper. There are two recreation centers within 3 miles of our home: Mulberry and The First Responder Centers offer a wide variety of activities from pickleball, putting golf course, swimming pools, game rooms and much more!

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises!!

All inclusive monthly rental fee(rent, Daily Newspaper and use of electric golf cart) includes many amenities:

Colony Model Patio Villa, fully furnished including washer/dryer, microwave, and all major appliances.
