This is a beautiful Ranch Home with two bedrooms, two baths and a Den with Murphy bed. It has been professionally decorated and it is complete with all the furnishings, Kitchen equipment and Linens needed for a pleasant stay. Thought has been given to everything you would need if you are a cook. If not, you will be only a short ride to Sumter Landing, Colony Plaza and two Country Clubs for dining at their Restaurants. Three other Country Clubs are within a short ride. In addition there are 50+ Restaurants within a 15 minute car ride. A few minutes golf cart ride to the Havana and Mallory Country Clubs, Sumter Landing or Colony Plaza Shopping center and 3 minute car ride to 466A which takes you to I 75, 301 and the Florida Turnpike.

Vaulted Ceilings and an open floor plan enhance your stay. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32 in. Smart Flat Screen TV, and a Master bath. The Guest bedroom suite with a 28 in. Smart flat screen TV offers complete privacy. The Den offers a desk, TV, chest of drawers and a Murphy bed for use as a third bedroom. A pocket door can be used to close off the Guest bedroom, bath and Den for extra guest privacy. Wi-Fi is included. Just turn on your computer and connect (password is provided). The Kitchen has a new Wood table with padded chairs for comfort. Two Bar stools are provided for your casual dining. New Washer, Dryer and Laundry Tub are provided. Enjoy morning coffee and breakfast in the screened Lanai; then play golf, pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard or join clubs and/or exercise groups. Something is always going on at a Recreation Center. Golf Cart Included! The Living Room has a comfortable Sofa, Chair and Two Recliners along with a 55 in. Smart HDTV.
