If you are going to rent why not be at the best point in the villages not at the far South end with a half hr. golf cart ride. This is between Market Square and Town Square plus close to shopping.


Home has a king size bed, new dining room table & chairs, new smart tv 2020, new BBQ 2020, new dish washer, new garbage deposal, new flooring 2020, ,new clothes washer 2021, etc. It also has new taxes up 20 %, increase prices on utilities and insurance. (All mine).

A home in the Village of Summerhill is close to golf, shopping, swimming and more. The nearby Glenview Champions Golf & Country Club offers fine dining and 27 holes of challenging championship golf, while the Saddlebrook and Hawkes Bay executive golf courses are just as close. The Saddlebrook Recreation Center offers countless ways to enjoy your days - bocce, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball, and horseshoes outside. The adult pool is also a great place to enjoy our warm, sunny days. The Saddlebrook Softball complex is right next-door, and it seems that there's always a game being played on one of our 4 manicured diamonds. The polo fields are right here and provide hours of excitement every spring and fall.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
