All new major kitchen appliances - Refrigerator, Stove, and Dishwasher. Also includes a Washer and a Dryer.

Close to the Nancy Lopez country club/championship golf course and near four other executive golf courses. Note: Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, & lawn service are included. Rental Policy: The rates shown are for 2 adult occupants. Maximum number of occupants is 4. Each additional full time adult occupant (beyond 2) will require a $25 per week charge to be added to the rates shown above for the term of their occupancy. No Pets allowed. No Smoking allowed.

Reservation deposit is $500 due within 7 days of booking. Reservation deposit is non refundable upon rental cancellation and/or the inability to rent for specified time period. This $500 Reservation deposit will be applied to rent balance which is due in full 30 days prior to the lease start date. If rent balance is not paid in full, the $500 reservation deposit will not be refunded. $100 cleaning fee is due upon occupancy of the property. $500 non-interest bearing damage deposit is due upon ccupancy of the property. Optional: Renter may purchase two (2) Temporary Resident Villages ID cards (which allows access to golf courses, swimming pools, recreation centers.) for $50. A $50 check made payable to The Villages is required at least 30 days prior to occupancy.

The Villages is an active 55+ adult community so at least 1 renter must be 55 or older. Basic guest amenities including: free golf on any of the 40 Executive courses; access to any of the 96 beautiful recreation centers and 89 swimming pools; clubs and restaurants with nightly entertainment. Free nightly entertainment at each of the three town squares. In addition to the basic guest amenities, the guest IDs provide access to any of the 12 Championship Golf Courses and Country Clubs and/or Pools are available for length of stay for $50 payable to The Villages. There are several banks, a hospital, and other medical facilities. The Villages even has its own community TV, radio station, local newspaper, two 36 lane bowling alleys, two movie theaters, many great restaurants, and a wide variety of unique shops. The Villages is only an hour from Orlando and the famous Disney World. There is a shuttle service that runs between The Villages and the Orlando Airport. The list of things to do seems to be endless. Participate in as much or as little as you want. Everything is within easy reach by car or golf cart.
