2. Small Den/Computer Area: Comfortable desk for your laptop, portable computer or tablet PC.

3. Main bedroom: King size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower.

4. Guest bedroom: Queen size bed. Guest bathroom: Bathtub and shower.

5. Kitchen: Nicely equipped including dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and toaster. Furnished with linens, dishes, appliances, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker.

6. Dining area: Table with four chairs, sliding glass door from dining area to private gated yard and patio.

7. Comfort: Ceiling fans in master bedroom and living room.

8. Washer and dryer: located in garage (very clean floor).

9. Garage: Sliding screen insulated garage door, room for car or golf cart.

10. Golf Cart: Two-seat Yamaha gas golf cart included.

11. Internet & TV services: Wireless high-speed Internet (WiFi) and YouTube TV service included.

12. Utilities and trash collection included.

THINGS TO NOTE: Home is professionally cleaned between rentals. During the renter's stay, routine cleaning is the renter's responsibility; maid service is not included. Initial supply of paper products, and cleaning supplies are a courtesy. Any additional needs shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

RENTAL POLICY: $500.00 security deposit is due upon the signing of the lease. Security deposit is refundable within 15 days after termination of the lease, assuming no rental damages occurred. One half (1/2) rent due 90 days prior to arrival; remaining half due 45 days prior to arrival. $150.00 cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival. No smoking/No pets allowed. Check-in time is 4:00pm on first day of month. Check-out time is 10:00am on last day of month. Keys and gate passes available upon arrival and must be returned on last day. Security deposit refundable 15 days after occupancy provided villa is left in same condition as when rented.

Until confirmed with signed agreement, rates are subject to change without notice.
Rental rates are for two people; third or fourth guest add $100 per guest per week plus $50 per guest per month for village ID.
Taxes, utilities, wireless Internet, and trash are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
