Rental Policy:$50% Deposit/ due within 90 days of booking. Final Payment 60 days before rental. (Deposit on advanced bookings will be negotiated).
$250 refundable security deposit due with final payment.
$50 (optional) temporary residence ID payable to the Villages
$150 Cleaning Fee - non refundable upon occupancy

Cancellation policy:
In the event of a cancellation, money received within 60 days of arrival is not refundable unless the property is re-rented.
No smoking or pets permitted.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
