Property Details

This villa is beautifully furnished and professionally decorated and includes all beddings, towels, dishes and kitchen accessories. Regular coffee pot as well as Keurig coffee maker included. Also included is a weber gas BBQ grill and a gas golf cart and the Daily Sun newspaper delivered daily!
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a deluxe mattress, attached master bath, walk-in closet and a TV, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed. . All windows have both blinds and drapes. Ceiling fans are throughout the house.
A large flat screen TV with cable by Xfinity is in the living room along with a DVD player. High speed internet with a wireless router and a printer are also provided.

The table in the dining room can expand to seat 8 while the kitchen can seat 2. Inside washer and dryer are included.
This lot provides a screened lanai with ceiling fan and a table and chairs for 4 for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is also a side patio for sunning!


The Villa has very convenient access to the 3 newest executive golf courses: Redfish Run, Bonita Pass and Tarpon Boil. Upon obtaining the $50 (per Couple) temporary resident IDs you can play all 29 executive golf courses for free. It is also convenient to great championship golf at the 27 hole Cane Garden, Arnold Palmer, Mallory Hill and Havana courses. Nearby is the Buttonwood Pool and Fishhawk Recreation Center. The villa is just a short distance to Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs and Brownwood town squares with live entertainment 365 nights a year, plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants.
All taxes, utilities, cable TV, local phone service, trash, lawn service, wireless internet fees are included.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
All rates are for 2 people, additional guest are $200.00 per person, per week (4 consecutive nights)
Not included are a $500 security deposit a $75 cleaning fee for one month, $100 for two or more months, and a Villages $50 (per Couple) temporary resident ID passes.
MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY

Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security is due within 7 days of booking. This will be held as a damage deposit that will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. This deposit will not be applied to your rental and will be returned after walk through within 2 weeks of departure. If rental cancelled within 60 days of arrival, reservation / security deposit will be forfeited.
