Master suite includes a king bed, 32 inch HD TV, and access to our private, screened-in, furnished lanai complete with gas grill. Queen beds in bedrooms 2 and 3. The entertainment center in the spacious great room includes a 51 inch HD TV which allows you to record your favorite shows for viewing at your convenience in the great room or master bedroom. All of the furniture is contemporary. Our kitchen is fully equipped. Ample linens and towels, including pool towels are provided. This community is a golfers paradise, boasting more than 40 executive courses and 14 championship courses. We will transfer our 2 resident passes to you ($50 fee for the transfer), which will entitle you to play the executive courses free of charge and the championship courses at a reduced fee. Swimming, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, ping pong and billiards are only a few of the hundreds of activities and clubs available to you. Beautiful and well-maintained pools and recreation centers beckon at every turn .We are 1 hour from Orlando and Disney World. A 90 minute drive gets you to Tampa and Bush Gardens. A gas golf cart is included in our rates. Family activities are available.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
