The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guest bedroom and bathroom are completely private from the rest of the home when the pocket door is closed. Master bedroom and guest bedroom has queen size bed, TV, radio, walk-in closet and sliders to the lania. Guest bedroom and master bath have a pocket door for privacy from the living area. 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment!
Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and has all the needed dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, etc. dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove.
Washing machine/dryer
All linens, towels, iron and ironing board included. Village passes may be obtained for $50.00 from The Villages which provide owner privileges.

Initial deposit is refundable if we are able to re-rent for the month.

Included in rent...9% Florida taxes,utilities, garbage disposal, landscaping, Direct TV and Wi-Fi.
