RENTAL POLICY:
* $800 Booking Deposit ($500 for weekly rentals) is due within 7 days of
booking reservation. One-half rent due 90 days and balance due 45 days
before occupancy. Booking Deposit then held as a Security Deposit after Rent
Payments are made.
* Security Deposit returned less a $185 cleaning fee within 7 days via USPS.
* The rate is for 1 or 2 adults. Overnight guests require the owner's approval (no fee for a short term guest). The monthly rental cost is based on double occupancy.
* $185 non-refundable pet fee if approved. Small dogs only, no cats.
* Check-in after 3 pm on the first day (24-hour self-check-in via electronic
keypad). Check-out by 10 am on last day.
