Can call anywhere in US, King size bed and TV in master bedroom, Queen size bed in guest room. TV in family room. A guest pass is available for $50 that will provide golf at all the Executive courses (27 of them) and reduced rates at all the Championship courses (8 of them). From the moment you enter you will feel at home. Laundry room is located in the garage which is generally preferred in FL. The garage and a half has plenty of room for your car and the golf cart. Home is fully air conditioned. Yamaha gas golf cart included in the rent. You can use the golf cart to explore the many treasures which this community offers. Other attractions within driving distance include Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Kennedy Space Center, the ocean, etc. <br><br>All rates are for two (2) persons. Additional couples/family members staying in excess of 7 days will incur additional fee of $500.00 per month per couple. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included. Internet is included in rental price. The Villages is a golf community and for a $50.00 temporary resident ID for two persons (which you pay when you arrive), all homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter which includes NO green fees on any of The Villages 24 executive courses. You do pay for the cart though, which is minimal. For a modest fee you are able to enjoy any of the championship golf courses.
