The third Bedroom is made into a Den with a pull-out sleeper couch. The spacious Living Room, with a vaulted ceiling, has 2 Recliners, a love seat, a NEW 55" TV. The premise is Smoke Free. The house has a two car garage and can easily house a car and a golf cart.

Golf Carts are available to rent locally(for a reasonable fee) and can easily fit in the spacious 2 car garage.
A $50 Village Renters Guest Pass for 2 people can be obtained which entitles you to free golf on all 40+ executive golf courses (a small nominal cart path fee is not included) and a reduced rate on all Championship Courses. It also provides access to all of the recreation centers and private resident's clubs. The pass includes a variety of activities to join in including but not limited to exercise classes, line dancing and card games. Enjoy all the privileges of a Village resident.
It is within Walking Distance of Churchill Street Recreation Center which has a Family Pool, Billiards Room, Bocce Courts, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Horseshoe Pits and Shuffleboard. Plus it is located close to three adult pools (Lynnhaven, Ashland & BonnieBrook) and near Pimlico Recreation Center which has the same facilities as Churchill Street Recreation Center.

Arnold Palmer Golf & Country club and the Pimilico Golf Course are a short distance away.

The location provides easy access to Southern Trace Shopping Center. The shopping area has a Walmart, Publix Supermarket, Beall's Department Store, Banks and many Restaurants such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bonefish, Bob Evans, IHop, Metro Diner, Steak N Shake, Golden Coral, Giovanni's Italian Restaurant, Beef O'Brady's Bar & Grill, Arbys, Burger King, McDonalds and many more.

The house is close to The Sumter Landing and Spanish Spring Centers which have free live music & entertainment every night. Sumter Landing has a first run 8-screen movie theater and both locations have shopping and more restaurants for your pleasure.

Consider visiting the Villages during the summer months when our rates are very low and there is less traffic on the roads and golf courses and the restaurants are less crowded.

Disney, Universal, Sea World and Busch Gardens are all about an hour drive away.

Enjoy The Villages and The Florida Beaches from your rental.
You can swim in the Atlantic at Daytona Beach or swim in the Gulf at Clearwater Beach. Both are less than a two hours drive.
