- Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival (If booking within 60 days of arrival, the full rental amount is due at booking)
- $500 refundable security deposit
- Check-in: 4:00 PM

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Standard stays: cancellations accepted up to 14 days before arrival
- High season: cancellations require at least 60 days' notice
