Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$250 Cleaning Fee

Rental/Lease Agreement:
Renters must sign a lease agreement within 7 days of booking. Security deposit will be refunded less any charges within 14 days of inspection. Check-in 3:00 pm, Check-out 11:00am. First payment: 1/2 of the total agreed lease amount is due along with the signed contract with security deposit, within 10 days of booking. Final payment balance is due 30 days before occupancy. NO reservation is binding until funds are received and cleared at the bank. SPECIAL NOTE: LONG TERM RATES AVAILABLE CALL OR TEXT FOR MORE INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less $550 processing fee. Cancellations 60 days before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 45 days or less than the start of the lease forfeits the entire amount paid unless the property is re-rented under the same terms and condiitions. If so, you will receive a refund less the processing fee of $550. Once a renter has moved in there will be no refunded payments.

Lost Items:
If keys to the home, gate passes or garage remotes are lost a charge of $75 per item will apply.


Villages ID:
You may apply for a resident ID for a $50 fee (for 2 people) at The Brownood Sales Office or at designated recreation centers.

NO PARTIES, SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE RENTAL PREMISES. EVIDENCE OF SUCH WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF THE ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Rental Rates
