I'm renting a well appointed, furnished room, with office in my 3/2 home, in the sought after village of St Catharine from 5-30-26 thru 12-1-2026.
You are getting the use of the entire house with the exception of the master suite!

Seeking a clean, quiet, respectful individual or approved couple to occupy my home in my absence. One who prefers the quiet enjoyment of a lovely neighborhood and is respectful of my neighbors.

The house is a very quiet area of St Catharine close (you can see the paths from my house) to the walking/biking paths and the nature preserve area Visible from house) Located within a 10 minute walk to Sawgrass Grove and Pool.

Owner will not be on-site during the rental period.

Includes:
Fully Furnished queen bedroom
Use of the entire house, equipped kitchen, office area etc. minus the master suite, during the rental period.
Includes a utility allowance (electric, gas, potable water)
Washer/dryer
Includes wi-fi internet.
TV service
Security system
Use of garage w/ opener.
Lanai w swim spa (optional) / open patio area.
Screened front porch.

* Amenities card available for an additional fee.
* Swim-spa use available for additional fee.

Single Occupancy Preferred, however a couple is possible.

Non negotiable terms:

No pets (note: house does have cat when owner is on site)
Clean background check (no arrests or warrants)
No addictions
Non smoking/vaping home

First, Last, Security, credit/background check due upon signing.

Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
