I'm renting a well appointed, furnished room with office in my 3/2 home, in the sought after village of St Catharine from 5-30-26 thru 12-1-2026.

You are getting the use of the entire well maintained, beautiful, furnished home, park like outdoor areas, garage etc. with the exception of the master suite! (owner will not be on site during the rental period) Sorry no cart ....

If your looking to buy a home in the Villages, this would provide great location to do so from, or if you just want to experience The Villages "lifestyle" this would be an economical way to do so. If you are running a small business remotely, the office space can accommodate your needs as well.

Seeking a clean, quiet, respectful individual or approved couple to occupy my home in my absence. One who prefers the quiet enjoyment of a lovely neighborhood and is respectful of my neighbors.

The house is a very, very quiet area of St Catharine close to the walking/biking paths and the nature preserve area. (So close you can see the paths from my house in fact) Located within a 10 minute walk to Sawgrass Grove and Pool.

Owner will not be on-site during the rental period.

Fully Furnished queen bedroom
Use of the entire house, fully equipped kitchen, office area etc. minus the master suite, during the rental period.
Office has convertible couch to bed for guest
Use of garage
Includes a utility allowance (electric, gas, potable water)
Washer/dryer
Includes wi-fi internet.
TV service
Security system
Use of garage w/ opener.
Lanai w swim spa (optional) / open patio area.
Screened front porch with furniture, great for reading or relaxing.

* Amenities card available for an additional fee.
* Swim-spa use available for additional fee.

Single Occupancy Preferred, however couples would be considered.

Non negotiable terms below:

No pets (note: house does have cat when owner is on site)
Clean background check (no arrests or warrants)
Non smoking/vaping home

First, Last, Security, credit/background check due upon signing.















Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$100 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
