Security deposit will be returned 14 days following last day of rental, pending inspection for any damages or losses associated with the property.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of rental fees paid.
Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival will only be refunded if the property is re-rented for the same period and rate.
Some renters opt for trip cancellation insurance.

Utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
