The Laundry room, with washer and dryer, is just outside the door under the carport.

Rental Fee:
The rental fee includes electric, water, sewer, trash pickup, lawn care, pest control, high speed Wi-Fi internet and Villages amenities.

Resident Lifestyle IDs: Up to 2 resident ID cards are available at $50 each. These IDs provide access to Villages amenities such as swimming pools, rec centers, golf on executive courses for a small fee and numerous other activities. A resident ID is necessary to book tee times.

Guest IDs: These are free and provide access to the Villages swimming pools, rec centers, golf on executive courses for a small fee and numerous other activities.
A guest cannot request tee times in advance.

Among the many other activities available at the Villages are tennis, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, corn hole, horseshoes, cards, etc...
The rec centers offer different daily activities which are listed in the Daily Sun newspaper.

Rental Policy:
50% of rental fee is due within 7 days of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to tenant arrival.
Security deposit of $500 due before arrival date to be returned within 7 days of departure after clear inspection of premises.
$150 cleaning fee.
No Smoking/vaping.
Pets - small pet allowed with $100 deposit due before or on arrival.
$50 each for up to 2 Resident Lifestyle ID cards if requested.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
