Short stay (7 days or less) guests of occupants are permitted
Large gatherings, parties, video, are not permitted on this property
Terms of occupancy are contained in a written Rental Lease Agreement and a Golf Cart Liability Agreement which will be provided once an offer of tenancy is made by the Landlord. All occupants must be a party to and sign the lease.
Notices of cancellation are subject to restrictions and a processing fee - Please feel free to get travel insurance, our insurance policy covers only our dwelling and our contents.
