Rental Policy: $1,000 security deposit
due within 7 days of booking.
Monthly rental: 50% of the total rental fee is due at signing for monthly rentals. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before occupancy date.
Semi-Annual/Annual rental: First and last month rent in advance due at signing. Rent is due at the 1st of each month.

All tenants required to submit a valid copy of their drivers license.

With any cancellation, monies paid will be fully refunded, less $150 administrative fee, providing that the property can be rented for the same period of time at the same price.

$200 Cleaning Fee - will be deducted from the security deposit ($800). Remaining deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure, providing there is no excessive wear or damage.

Check-in time 3:00 P.M. on the first day of the month. Check out time is 11:00 A.M on the 30th of the month (except February - which is on the 28th).

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
