Rental Policy:
No smoking allowed.

Seasonal Rates
Season 1 (January, February, March) $4,500 per month
Season 2 (April, October, November, December) $4000 per month
Season 3 (May, June, July, August, September) $3000 per month
All Seasons $1200 per week (if applicable)

Mail box rentals can be done at multiple locations..
Missing keys, gate cards or garage door openers will be replaced at the renter's expense.

Note: $50 Resident Fee - Entitles two people golf (Exec. Courses) & reduced fees on Championship courses. This is a fee payable to The Villages.
Cost of rent is all inclusive. Includes all utilities, water, cable, internet, and lawn maintenance.

Short term rental is shorter than 6 months. Taxes are 7% state and 4% county


Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
At time of Reservation/booking:
ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, Zelle or Venmo: $750.00 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. ($250 cleaning fee-included).
Deposit/Security for two months due within 7 days of booking.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
