$750.00 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. ($250 cleaning fee-included).
If applicable, $200 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $50 pet carpet cleaning fee.

30 Days Prior of Reservation:
Remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days from booking,100% of rent is due at time of reservation.

Seasonal Rates

Season 1 (January, February, March) $5700 per month

Season 2 (April, October, November, December) $4500 per month

Season 3 (May, June, July, August, September) $3000 per month

All Seasons $1200 per week (if applicable)


Cost of rent is all inclusive. Includes all utilities, water, cable, internet, and lawn maintenance.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.

Pets: Small dogs allowed. No other pets allowed (no cats, birds, etc.) If applicable, $200 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $50 pet carpet cleaning fee.

$50 fee for temporary resident ID(s), which is needed to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities The Villages has to offer (clubs, activities, executive golf). This will be paid by owner at Eastport Sales and Information Center before you arrive. You will have to pick up your IDs at Eastport Sales and Information after you arrive. The Villages accepts check or cash only for IDs. Guest IDs are available upon request.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
