Guest passes give access to recreation centers, pools, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, and horseshoes. The Villages offer over 2,500 clubs and activities. There are 36 executive golf courses free with resident ID and twelve champion courses for a modest fee.

Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee (deducted from security deposit).
For short-term rentals (less than six (6) months), half (50%) of full-term monthly rental is due within 7 days of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Remaining half (50%) of rental is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, less any deductions for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning if applicable.
--Lost gate cards, remotes, keys, and garage door openers are replaced at renters expense and will be deducted from the security deposit
Cancelation Policy:
Security and Cleaning Deposit will be refunded in full. There is a non-refundable cancelation penalty of half (50%) of full-term monthly rental. If the house can be re-rented at the same rate, the retained deposit will be refunded minus a 15% cancelation fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
