Rental Policy:
$1000.00 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Refunded within 10 days of departure.
Rental charges for 50% of lease term is due within 30 days of booking, remaining 50% due 10 days prior to first day of occupancy. If check-in date is less than 30 days before booking, 100% of rent is due at the time of reservation.
$150 Cleaning Fee
