The queen guest bedroom and bath offer not only space, but privacy for guests. A pack-n-play, booster seat with tray, and infant bath seat are available for use if you or your guests have little ones along.

Pets under 25lbs are allowed with additional fee.

Rental is for 2 occupants. Guests are permitted for additional fee of $50 per person per week.

7% Florida tax will be added to total rental fee

Property taxes, utilities, trash, and lawn service are included.

$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
50% of Rental fee due at time of booking, full amount due 60 days prior to check-in
$150 Cleaning Fee
Additional $250 Pet Fee
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund only if property is rented for same term for same price.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
