$750.00 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cleaning fee of $180. Bi-weekly cleaning $90.00 is available.
If applicable, $200.00 non-refundable pet deposit.

30 Days Prior to Reservation:
Remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days from booking,100% of rent is due at time of reservation.

Cost of rent is all inclusive. Includes all utilities, water, cable, internet, and lawn maintenance.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Pets: Dogs allowed. No other pets allowed (no cats, birds, etc.) If applicable, $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

$50 fee for temporary resident ID(s), which is needed to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities The Villages has to offer (clubs, activities, executive golf). This will be paid by renter at Brownwood Sales and Information Center You will have to pick up your IDs at Brownwood Sales. The Villages accepts check or cash only for IDs. Guest IDs are available upon request. The guest IDs are free and can be picked up at Everglades Recreation Center.
