The studio/bonus room is situated off the Master Suite - a perfect retreat/craft room/office/den or to host a card game, & has direct access from the patio! The Master has a spacious spray-coated shower - not only attractive but easy to keep to clean. The Guest Room is comfortable with a spacious guest bath and features a privacy door which closes off the guestroom and guest bath from the living area for added privacy. Extras include plantation shutters throughout (even on the sliders), glass entry door, storm door, and electric garage door screen.

FULLY FURNISHED, the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, flat-screen TV's and local channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking ware, and is newly remodeled with an open floorplan, perfect for entertaining. Coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, Tupperware, mixer, and other kitchen essentials are included. This home is professionally cleaned, sanitized and maintained.

RENTAL POLICY:
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, pest control, WIFI are included. No smoking and no pets - no exceptions. Rates are for TWO adults; there is an additional charge of $50 per person, per week, per guest. Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Guests are FREE with 3+ month rentals.
*All tenants will be screened for prior evictions and credit worthiness using Rent Risk which will incur a $60 non-refundable fee prior to a rental agreement being extended.*

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FEES:
$700 security deposit due within 7 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
$200.00 Mandatory Cleaning Fee will be deducted from your security deposit; balance of security deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure provided there are no damages.
A $50.00 temporary Villages resident ID may be purchased and provides access to all pools, executive golf courses and recreational activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $200.00 cancellation fee will apply to all bookings. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of arrival will forfeit their full rental payment unless the property can be re-rented for your reserved dates.

Only fully licensed drivers are allowed to operate the golf cart.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
