DEPOSITS: 500.00 refundable security deposit is required for each month you rent. Ex: 1 month rental 500.00 2 month rental 1,000. up to max of 2000. max on seasonal rental 6-7 months)
PET DEPOSITS: -$500.00 refundable deposit per pet. If you can provide proof that pets are spayed/neutered and over the age of 5, the deposit is reduced to $250.00 per pet.
CLEANING FEE: $200.00 check-out cleaning fee. If you would like to arrange weekly or monthly cleanings during your stay, I can provide the contact information for our cleaning company, as their recurring rates are often more economical.

We require 50% down to book reservation and payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. You will need to sign a brief short term lease.

We include 2 Guest passes with the rentals. You will be required to pick up ID's at the Sumter sales office upon arrival. Temporary Village ID's gives full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the executive courses. Guest passes give access to recreation centers, pools, pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, horseshoes, over 3,000 clubs and activities, recreation centers and swimming pools. There are 36 Villages executive golf courses and twelve champion courses. Championship courses have an additional fee, as do Villages fitness centers located in many regional recreation centers.

Transportation from MCO (Orlando) to The Villages provided by Groome or Rental Car from Enterprise. With a convenient location in Sumter Landing.

Golf cart rentals are plentiful throughout The Villages. And will deliver right to the door.
