Our home is located in the Village of Piedmont north of Rt 466. Come relax and enjoy the sun and all the activities The Villages has to offer. We are within a 10-minute golf cart ride to Mulberry, Chatham and First Responders recreation centers and shopping. There are 4 executive golf course and 2 27-hole championship golf courses at Nancy Lopez and Glenview Country Clubs. There are 5 pools including 3 adult pools, one sports pool and 2 family pools for any young visitors. First Responders Rec. has a large resort style pool, 18-hole grass putting course, sand volleyball, lawn bowling, croquet, sand tennis, firepit, corn hole and outdoor exercise equipment. Recreational activities are listed daily in the local Daily Sun newspaper.
The squares of Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing are about 2.5 miles away. Take a 20-minute leisurely drive in your golf cart or a 10-minute drive by car. There is live entertainment every evening, shopping and many restaurants to choose from.
Our home features a spacious glassed in Florida room with independent cooling and heating for your comfort. There is a patio featuring a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking. The remainder of the home is an open floor plan. Amenities include a sofa with 2 electric recliners and one additional recliner all with USB ports. Additionally, there are 2 TVs, one is a 60-inch TV both includes a streaming service with over 5000 channels. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The master bedroom has a king bed, closet and bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. The main bath is a full tub and shower.
Rental amenities include, utilities, water, twice per week trash pick-up, TV, lawn service, gas powered 2-seat golf cart, high speed cable wireless internet.
Your resident pass (for up to 2 people) is fully paid for and allows you access to all golfing as well as use of the pools, recreation centers and Village facilities and recreation center events.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years +.
Shuttle service (Groome/Workman) between the Villages and both Orlando and Tampa Airports are available.
Temporary ID fee of $50 is included in the rental rate. Check in time is 3:00PM on the first day of the month, check-out time is 10:00AM on the last day of the month. Rates based on double occupancy.
Rates are based on 2 adults. Additional charges will be applied for additional people. No pets or smoking.
A $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit prior to its return to you. If the house is not left in the condition, it was found and more extensive cleaning and/ or repair of the home is required, then that additional cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
