The master bedroom features a king-size bed, boasts a large walk-in closet with 2 nightstands and 2 lamps, while the second bedroom features a queen-size post bed and a walk-in closet. There is also a Murphy bed for guests and family. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.

Kitchen and Dining
The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line Cuisinart products: cookware, blender, toaster, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, and other kitchen essentials. Newer stainless-steel appliances add modern convenience. The dining room table can seat 4-6 people.

Living room area
The living room is fully furnished with a luxurious leather couch and two leather recliners, ensuring relaxation for all guests. The couch is also a queen-size sleeper. A large flat screen TV can be viewed from each sitting position.

Additional Amenities
High-quality bed linens, pillows, and plenty of bath towels are provided for your stay. A washer and dryer, as well as a vacuum cleaner, are available for your convenience. A two-seater golf cart is available for use after signing a liability waiver and presenting a valid driver's license.

Rules and Regulations
No pets, smoking, or vaping are allowed on the premises, including the lanai and garage, and this policy is strictly enforced for all guests and visitors.

Rental Terms/Policy and Cleaning
Rental periods are available for three or four months together if desired, and long-term stays are available. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. or earlier if the home is ready, and check-out is at 10:00 A.M. on the last day of your agreed-upon stay.

Booking Deposit:
Following the signing of the contract by both parties, a security deposit of $1,000 is required within 7 to 10 business days. A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from this security deposit. The remaining balance of the total monthly rental fees is due within 90 days of occupancy. Please note that both the security deposit and monthly fees are non-refundable. However, a refund of fees may be reviewed if the property is re-rented for the period that was cancelled.

Security Deposit(minus $200 cleaning fee) will be returned within 14 days of checkout if there is no damage to the property.
Important note: at The Villages, guests must carry an ID Card. This card grants permission to utilize the recreation facilities: swimming pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and other activities and classes etc.. We can arrange in advance your passes for pickup at The Villages Sales Office. There is a nominal fee of $50 per couple, payable directly to The Villages.
