Living room area
The living room is fully furnished with a luxurious leather couch and two leather recliners, ensuring relaxation for all guests. The couch is also a queen-size sleeper. A large flat screen TV can be viewed from each sitting position.
Additional Amenities
High-quality bed linens, pillows, and plenty of bath towels are provided for your stay. A washer and dryer, as well as a vacuum cleaner, are available for your convenience. A two-seater golf cart is available for use after signing a liability waiver and presenting a valid driver's license.
Rules and Regulations
No pets, smoking, or vaping are allowed on the premises, including the lanai and garage, and this policy is strictly enforced for all guests and visitors.
Rental Terms/Policy and Cleaning
Rental periods are available for two or three months together if desired, and long-term stays are available. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. or earlier if the home is ready, and check-out is at 10:00 A.M. on the last day of your agreed-upon stay.
Booking Deposit: 50% of the total rent, plus security deposit(cleaning fee of $175 will be deducted for the cleaning fee) is due within 7 days of booking. Balance of total rental fee is due within 60 days of occupancy.
Booking and security deposit are non-refundable unless the property is re-rented for the same time period at the same or higher cost.
Security Deposit(minus $175 cleaning fee) will be returned within 14 days of checkout if there is no damage to the property.
Important note: at The Villages, guests must carry an ID Card. This card grants permission to utilize the recreation facilities: swimming pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and other activities and classes etc.. We can arrange in advance your passes for pickup at The Villages Sales Office. There is a nominal fee of $50 per couple, payable directly to The Villages.
