This Cambridge Courtyard Villa is slightly larger than standard model with a larger Lanai. It has 1250 SQ ft of living space plus a 150 SQ Ft Lanai. The advantage of these models is that you have an enclosed yard to enjoy your privacy. New Engineered flooring and new tiles throughout the house( no carpet) new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, new lighting fixtures and an open kitchen provide for a more modern look. All chefs will enjoy the gas stove. The furniture is modern high end .Easy walk to the recreation center where you find a pool and other indoor/outdoor activities. The rental is based on 2 person occupancy with short term guests welcomed upon approval.

For our monthly guests we are pleased to supply the $50 Villages Lifestyle Resident ID Card. With this card you can enjoy the membership benefits of all 13 Country Clubs in The Villages, which each have 27 holes of golf. You will enjoy complimentary golf at any of The Villages' 42 Executive Golf courses. You also get access to all of the recreational centers and activities within such as pool pickle ball, shuffle board, water volley ball etc.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
NO SMOKING or VAPING or E-CIGARETTES allowed inside or outside the premises(renters or guests of renters).
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Approximately 1 hour drive to various beaches, Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando attractions.

Property taxes, utilities, 2 TV's, trash pick up twice a week, high speed internet , Apollo streaming service and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Copy of Drivers License or Identification Card is required.
50% of total rent due within 7 days of booking. Balance due before 60 days of start of lease.
$1000 security deposit due with initial rent deposit for monthly renters.
$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking for weekly renter.
Reimbursed ( less cleaning fee) 7 days after departure if no significant damages encountered.

$195 Cleaning Fee deducted from security deposit.
Reservation deposits are only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented at the same rate. In the event the property is re-rented and a refund is due, a $200 processing fee will be charged. This property does not come with a golf cart however, we are willing to negotiate the house rental price to offset part of the cost associated with renting a a golf cart.
