Property Details

Our house is a 2/2 Ranch in Mira Mesa (just off Rio Grande between Family and Chula Vista pools). Master Queen size bedroom with ensuite shower room, walk-in closet and TV. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed in guest room (with direct access to main bathroom). Large funky Florida room (with A/C: heat) and TV, which leads onto a large screened-in lanai with retractable awning and stainless steel gas grill.

Included in the rental are:-DVR HD TV High Speed internet, trash, elect, yard etc.

We have a Yamaha Quiet Tech golf cart, you may use this although it is not included in the rental costs.

This is a NON-SMOKING and NON-PET house.

Rental Policy:
Security deposit - $1000 (within 7 days of signing contract, which will be returned after inspection of our house after your departure).
25% Deposit of full rental due within 7 days of signing contract.
Final Payment due 90 days before rental start date, also includes $135 cleaning fee..

Mailbox is included for usage.
Missing keys, gate cards or garage doors openers will be replaced at renters expense.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
