Half of the rental amount and security deposit are due within 7 days of signing the rental agreement
The remaining rental balance & applicable fees are due within 45 days of arrival. Rental fees include the 7% Florida sales and occupancy tax.

Non-refundable $200 pet fee if applicable
Villagers ID (for 2 people) may be purchased for $50. The 2 temporary Resident IDs will give you FULL resident status which includes entrance to all recreation centers and pools, discounted green fees on executive golf courses, discounted fees at championship courses, and discounts at movie theaters, etc.
Guests shall return all keys, and/or garage door openers at departure and will be liable to replace any such item at a charge of $50 for each lost item.
Cancellation Policy: The refund policy is 90 days out 100% refund of security deposit and balance collected, 30 days out 50% refund on all deposits, fees, and balances collected (if the home can be rented back out you will receive 100% refund for each month that has a secured renter).
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
