This beautifully decorated, fully furnished villa has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. A fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens and more. The master suite has a queen size bed, TV, custom built walk-in closet, private bathroom and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed a bathroom located outside with a pocket privacy door.The 3rd bedroom has a daybed with trundle and office.

The home is equipped with a Pegasus water filtration and softening system.

Upon your arrival, initial supplies will be provided (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries, etc).

Rental Policy:
1.Booking Deposit: 50% of total rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee are due within 7 days of booking,
remaining balance is due in full within 90 days of start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If rental cancellation is requested prior to 90 days before rental starts, the Landlords will refund the prepaid rent, but forfeit the Security Deposit. If cancellation is requested between 31-89 days, rental costs would be returned if landlord is able to re-rent at the same rate. If the rental cancellation is requested 30 days or less, funds are non-refundable. Some renters opt for trip cancellation insurance.

2.Security Deposit $1500 (refunded in full after inspection of the property providing no damage or missing items)
3.Cleaning fee $250 Professionally cleaned (non refundable)
4.Pet deposit if applicable $200 non refundable (2 dogs max under 25 pounds and please no cats)

Prior to the lease term commencing (90 days) no refunds will be given unless landlord is able to secure a replacement tenant for the same lease terms at the same rental rate

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
