The first guest bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed; The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Guest bedrooms and bathroom are on opposite sides of the house from the master bedroom and can be separated by a sliding pocket door, giving you and your guests privacy.
The interior laundry room includes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry basket and a starter supply of laundry detergent. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need, including linens, cookware, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, utensils, tableware, etc. to ensure your stay is convenient, relaxing and enjoyable. A blackstone griddle is included for use on the backyard patio.
Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on our big 72" TV in the living room equipped with Amazon Fire TV allowing you to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and more using your own existing accounts.
The glass enclosed lanai is a great space to relax with your favorite book.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the property.

No pets permitted. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes permitted on premises.

Rental Policy:
50% of rent due within 7 days of booking. Remainder of rent plus security deposit due 60 days before check-in.
$175 cleaning fee.
$1,000 security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded, less the cleaning fee, within 15 days of vacating less any damages and all keys, gate passes, and remote controls are returned.
The Villages resident ID card is available for the duration of your stay with a $50 payment made directly to The Villages. The $50 fee is good for two (2) resident IDs and permits free access to all executive golf courses (a small trail fee is charged if using a golf cart), recreation centers and pools.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
