Our home has an open kitchen/living/dining room with vaulted ceilings. Living room has 65" smart TV and sofa with two manual extending recliners. The master bedroom is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and large walk-in closet. Master bedroom has 55" smart TV (no TV in guest bedroom). King size beds in both master and guest bedrooms. Master bathroom has two vanities and a walk-in shower with glass doors, and a very large walk-in closet. Guest bathroom has combination bathtub and shower. The home has 1 gigabyte of high speed fiber and a whole house surge protector. Your well-mannered dog is invited as well. For dog owners we have slipcovers for living room furniture and extra sheets to put over bedspreads in order to avoid damage. We also have a small dog crate and a portable fencing.

The home is fully stocked with combo krups & coffee maker with filters, InstantPot, air flyer, smokeless indoor grill, new washer/dryer, dishes, pots/pans/baking dishes, blender, toaster, roasting pan, utensils, iron and tabletop ironing board, bedding, towels, vacuum sweeper, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 washing machine pods, 1 set of golf clubs, a few books and games and one or two pool floats.

Rental Rates and Policy (+7% FL rent tax):
$5000 PER MONTH rental fee for January thru March
$3500 PER MONTH rental fee for April and October thru December.
$1500 PER MONTH rental fee for May thru September.

A half-month's Booking Deposit and $750 *non-refundable Reservation Deposit* is due within 2 days of booking. The Booking Deposit and Reservation Deposit will be applied towards your rental. The balance is due 30 days before check-in.
A $1000 *fully refundable Home Damage Deposit* (Security Deposit) will be refunded to you within 30 days of departure assuming that home is in the same condition as when you arrived.
$200 *non-refundable* Cleaning Fee
$500 additional *refundable* deposit PER PET if there is no damage or animal smell. Please use the provided slipcovers.
$500 per month gas golf cart with fold down back seat (will seat 4) and bumper-to-bumper warranty until Sept 2026.
$250 *refundable* Damage Deposit on golf cart if there is no damage.
An EV 20-amp plug is in garage.
**We will pay the $50 for two people temporary resident IDs!** These IDs allow you resident privileges for most activities (some activities involve a nominal fee). Guest IDs can be obtained for additional renters at no charge.
No extra overnight charge for guests or children (no pre-approval necessary for either)
Home Watch service included to give you peace of mind for maintenance/repair issues. Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Please note that this is a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. No subletting of any kind. No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
