The golf cart (incuded in the rental) enables easy access to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing, where you'll find an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options. We also have a bucket of slightly used golf balls in the gaage. Pickleball paddles are in the garage too. The monthly rates are as listed. However, for those interested in a yearly rental, the monthly rate is $2,500. This option offers a considerable savings. Electricity is the only utility not included. Most electric bills are less than $100. Security deposit will be refunded following inspection and payment of final electric bill.

Rental Policy:
Property taxes, utilities (except electricity), TV, trash, and lawn service are included.
Deposit/Security $1000 and cleaning fee $200 due upon booking.
Full rental payment of 3 months or less due no later than 60 days prior to occupancy. Full refund of rent if cancellation made at least 60 days prior to occupancy. 50% refund of rent if cancellation made 45 days prior to occupancy.
Full refund of deposit if cancellation made at least 45 days prior to occupancy.
For guest(s) $50 per night per person, maximum 2 people, no longer than 2 week stay. Children of guest(s) age under 18, free of charge.
Temporary resident ID's provided with a fee of $50.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
