$50.00 Temporary Resident ID Fee, not included (Optional Fee).
Temporary Resident I.D. provides access to all "Resident Only" privileges including: Recreation Centers, Neighborhood, Pools, activities, etc.
The Pass I.D. will allow you to play the Executive Golf Courses for free; a small trail fee and reduced green fees on the Championship Courses including Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez courses.
40% of rental is due at time of booking (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)
Remaining 60% and $1,000 security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)
Full security deposit (less $150 cleaning fee) will be refunded within 10 days of departure and after inspection of property.
Booking deposit is only refunded if the home is able to be re-rented.
NO smoking.
NO Pets allowed.
Subletting is not permitted.
Reference might be required.
Monthly rental are based on double occupancy (2 adults). Other guests who are staying longer than one week will incur an additional 15% rental fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
