Policies & Payment Information
This home is a pet-free, smoke-free, vape free and drug-free property for adults aged 55+. Quarterly rentals run from the 1st to the last day of the 3rd month. Optional Village ID cards are available for $50, granting access to recreation centers, pools, and resident golf rates.

Payment Schedule:
50% of the rental fee and a $1,500 refundable security deposit are due upon booking, along with a signed lease.
The remaining balance, including taxes and cleaning fees ($200), is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Refundable Security Deposit: Returned within 15 days after departure, pending a satisfactory inspection.
$100 Background and Credit Check, refundable upon completion of lease term!

Cancellation Policy:
More than 90 days before arrival: Full refund.
90 days or less before arrival: Refund only if re-rented at the same rate.
30 days or less before arrival: No refund.
